Flirt (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Flirt mobile application (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App.

By creating an account or using Flirt, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Flirt:

1.1 Account & Contact Information

• Name / display name
• Phone number (used for sign-up, login, and account security)
• Profile details, such as bio, age, gender, interests and other information you choose to add

1.2 Location Information

• Precise location (e.g., GPS coordinates) when you grant location permission in the App
  • Used to show nearby users, nearby Plot Twists, and people available in the picking experience.
• Coarse location (e.g., city / region) which may be inferred from your IP address or device settings

You can control location access in your device settings. If you disable location, certain features may not work.

1.3 User Content

• Photos and videos you upload for your profile or share inside the App
• Other user content, such as weekly questions and preferences
• Messages and in-app interactions, in line with our safety and moderation tools
